Ramadan is a holy month for all Muslims around the world. It is a very sacred month in the Muslim calendar and is considered one of the holiest months in the religion of Islam. All Muslims perform “fasts” in this holy month; it is a practice that requires taking a meal at pre-dawn and then taking another meal to break the fast at dusk. After the pre-dawn meal, the individuals are prohibited from consuming any food till the time has arrived for the Iftar.
To stay hydrated and not feel much hunger in almost all kind of climatic conditions; it is necessary to have a good, well-balanced diet so that during the whole duration of the “fast” the individual is at ease. Never eat samoosa on an empty stomach and especially when breaking the fast in iftar. Samooas are of various types, but they all have one thing in common: lots of spice and lots of oil. These two are the main reasons for a bad stomach problem after iftar.
You might want to avoid the chilly pakora are a disaster if you have a sensitive stomach. Everyone would agree that they are a tasty treat for everyone. But to compromise on your health for taste is something that is not an intelligent choice?It is good to have a stomach fill of diet to quench the body’s thirst for all the nutrients it needs. But it is always advisable to start with a light diet to get the digestive system working and then switching to a little heavier diet later.
